Oxford Signs and Neon installed Memory Lane Mall's new neon sign on the last day of July, 2009.
The sign installation is a culmination of cooperative funding with Memory Lane Mall and Main Street Hardy. MSH applied for funding for a mini-grant program to assist with design and sign work for the 2008-2009 work year. Memory Lane's project is one of four design and sign projects funded.

Notes on "Signs on Main"

The pictures of the signs on Main were taken Dec. 13, 2008. Signs are an anouncement of what a business is presenting inside. When viewing a sign, a potential patron should be drawn to enter the business. A sign represents the value of the merchandise found inside. If there is $100,000 in inventory, should the sign be a $20 quickie or a well thought out investment for the future success of the business?
